Charles Perry

Charles is a Lead Research Advisor on dscout's customer success team.  

He helps researchers at global corporations, boutique agencies, non-profits, and startups capture game-changing insights using mobile research methods—and has assisted with hundreds of client projects.

Prior to dscout, Charles worked in communications and customer service at Opternative, MentorMob and Groupon.

Emily is a qualitative and mixed-methods researcher and part of dscout's The Studio.

She leads research projects that use the dscout platform on behalf of clients.

Prior to dscout, Emily designed remote qualitative research as part of Over the Shoulder.

She has a Ph. D in Sociology from Indiana University, where she also taught courses, and has more than 10 years of academic and professional research experience.
